Application of Field Rapid Clinical Examination Case

目的:评价快速临床检验箱的应用效果。方法:从临床使用的不同角度,对箱体外部特性、内部配置、定位装配、减震固定、保温、防冻、抗摔打等性能进行验证。结果:快速临床检验箱能耐低温、密封好、抗摔打、内置稳定,装配合理、集多个检验单元于一体,操作简单,便于携带,具备开展野外快速临床检验功能。结论:快速临床检验箱能完成野外临床检验项目,与武警部队"处突"医疗卫生装备相匹配,适用于野战和紧急状态下的临床检验。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of rapid clinical examination case.Methods From different aspects of the clinical use,the performance were verified including external features,internal configuration,positioning assembly, fixed damping,thermal insulation,protection against freezing,and anti -beaten property.Results The rapid clinical examination case had an excellent performance in low temperature,and the exterior of the case was well-sealed and antibeaten, the interior part was stable and well organized.It carried multi detection units,facilities and reagents in one. Therefore the field clinical examination case was convenient to be operated and carried.It played a very important role in filed rapid clinical examination,especially in dealing with the emergent missions of the armed police.Conclusion The field clinical examination case is able to meet the requirements of field clinical examinations and work well with the armed police ＂emergencies handling＂ equipment.It is especially suitable for field clinical examination under a state of emergency.
