摘要
一种工作在90℃温差变化温度场下的特种热能交换泵,因泵体材料的受热变形特性,在温差作用下其紧固支腿(法兰)位置沿径向伸缩达1 mm。采用常规砼基础安装方法会在支撑位置产生极大的推拉力,因螺栓紧固联接失效,导致泵安装基准无法保持。提出了一种金属支撑架的设计方法,并借助有限元软件进行了仿真。
A special heat-energy exchanging pump has to work in variable temperature field with large temperature difference of 90 ℃.Due to the temperature deformation of the material of the pump body,under the affecting of the temperature difference,the displacement in radial direction of the fastening legs(flanges) of the pump can reach 1 mm.When the conventional concrete base is adopted to install the pump,very large push-pull force will occur in the support legs positions,which will make the bolt-up connection to be failure,and it will not be able to keep the install reference of the pump in original position.The design method of a metal support frame was put forward;and the simulation analysis of the design was carried out by using the finite element analysis software.
