早期转子式翻车机系统对C70敞车的适用性分析

Analysis on applicability of early rotary tripper system to C70 type open wagon

早期转子式翻车机设计翻卸车型为C60敞车,而目前C70型敞车逐渐成为铁路运输的主要车型。以华电能源股份有限公司富拉尔基发电厂ZFJ-100型转子式翻车机为例,对早期转子式翻车机承载能力进行了分析,采取了一些改造措施,确保早期转子式翻车机能够很好地适应C70型敞车。

The early rotary tripper was designed to trip C60 type open wagon.However,at present,the C70 type open wagon becomes current type in railway transportation.Taking the ZFJ-100 type rotary tripper of Fularji Power Plant of Huadian Energy Corporation Limited as example,the carrying capacity of early rotary tripper was analyzed;some reformation measures were adopted;and it was ensured that the early rotary tripper can fit to C70 type open wagon commendably.
