Analysis on reasons of lower sealing air pressure of HP863 medium-speed bowl mill

对某电厂直吹式制粉系统磨煤机密封风风压低的问题进行了分析,发现各支管与密封风母管连接处开口过小是造成密封风风压低的主要原因。利用检修机会将三通开口恢复至正常尺寸,密封风风压恢复正常,保证了磨煤机的安全、稳定运行。

The lower sealing air pressure of the mill of direct-fired pulverizing system in a power plant was analyzed.It was found that the openings in the connections of the sealing air main pipe and its branches are too small,and this is the main reason of lower sealing air pressure.During an overhaul period,the tee openings had been enlarged to normal size;the sealing air pressure returned to normal;and the safe and stable operation of the mill was ensured.
