Knowledge map is a kind of effective knowledge management tool, which can not only reveal the storage of knowledge, but also reveal the relationship between knowledge. This paper expounds the distinction between knowledge acquisition and knowledge map, the functions of knowledge map in library knowledge management. Simultaneously, this paper proposes the specific application and service mode of knowledge map in reference and consulting service, as well as some problems that should be noticed.
