分析电解铝行业设备在运行、操作、检修维护及管理方面存在的问题,以及处理问题所面临的困难。针对存在的问题和困难,摸索出现代企业设备管理新方法,以全员设备管理、全员创新管理理念贯穿始终,建立以操检结合、状态监测为基础的预知维修体系,结合设备运行管理实际开发设备信息化管理平台,交叉立体式检查考核体系为执行提供监督保障作用。全新的管理方法在四川启明星铝业公司实际运行近九年,取得了良好的效果,值得在行业内推广应用。

This thesis analyzes the issues existing in the electrolytic aluminum industry, equipment, operation, repair and maintenance and management, and deals with the difficulties. For the issues and difficulties, it explored the modem enterprise device management method, with full equipment management, full innovation management philosophy that runs through the establishment of combined operation inspection, condition monitoring andpredictive maintenance system based on combination of equipment operation and management of actual developing device information management platform, cross and three-dimensional inspection evaluation system for the implementation of the safeguards role. New management methods has been run in Sichuan VenusAluminum Company for actually nearly nine years, and achieved good effects, it is worth to be promoted in the industry.
