The Changes of CPC's Youth Policy in the Last 90 Years

建党90年来,中国共产党的青年政策经历了革命战争年代、建国初期、文化大革命时期、改革开放新时期和新时代等五个阶段,通过分析90年中国共产党青年政策的发展历程表明,党的青年政策制定必须遵循理论指导原则,与时俱进原则和以人为本原则。未来青年政策要加强青年立法,结合时代特点,借鉴国外经验,朝着法制化、时代化和国际化方向发展。

CPC＇s youth policy in the last 90 years can be divided into five stages,including the revolutionary period,the first 17 years after the RPC had been founded,the period of the great cultural revolution,the new period of reform and opening up and the new era.According to the last 90 years development,we must insist on the three principles：theoretical guidance,times and people oriented.In the future,the CPC will strengthen the legislation,combine the characteristics of the times,learn from the foreign experiences,and then promote the youth policy toward the legalization,modernization and internationalization.
