摘要 针对油气田开发实际,采用高温高压釜模拟2Cr13在盐酸溴化锌加重溶液中的腐蚀过程;利用SEM观察了试样的腐蚀形貌特征,并用EDS和XRD分析腐蚀产物膜的成分。实验结果表明:在实验条件下,2Cr13的腐蚀速率为3.993 mm/a,属欠耐蚀型;其中Cl-、Br-是引起2Cr13腐蚀的主要因素。2Cr13的腐蚀产物膜呈密集多孔性点蚀,出现蜂窝状的腐蚀形貌,蚀孔呈开放式。 The corrosion weight loss of 2Cr13 was studied in the hydrochloric acid and zinc bromine solution by high temperature autoclaves.SEM was used to observe the morphology and corrosion features of the corrosion sample and both of EDS and X-ray diffraction were used to analyze the component of corrosion scales.The experimental results showed that 2 Cr13 corrosion was owed corrosion resistant.The major factor lead to corrosion of the 2Cr13 was the chloride ion and bromide ion in the media.The observation in the electron microscope discovered that the corrosion product membrane of 2Cr13 was destroyed and the honeycomb-shaped corrosion occurred and the pits were not covered by corrosion products.
