30%松脂酸钠水乳剂农药的RP-HPLC分析 被引量:2

摘要 采用ZORBAX SB-C18柱,检测波长245 nm,以甲醇-pH 3.0磷酸缓冲溶液(体积比70∶30)为流动相,流速0.7 mL/min色谱分析条件。建立了30%松脂酸钠水乳剂生物农药的反相高效液相色谱分析方法。结果表明,松脂酸保留时间14.919 min,松脂酸浓度在2.022~80.88 mg/L时其峰面积与进样浓度呈良好的线性关系,方法回收率90.51%~110.2%,RSD为7.37%,最低检出限0.179 mg/L。该方法灵敏、可靠,具有简便、重现性好的特点。 The method for the determination of the sodium abietate content in 30% sodium abietate aqueous emulsion was established by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography.The chromatography was carried out on a Agilentl100 with ZORBAX SB-C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm i.d.,5 μm),a mobile phase of the methanol-phosphorous acid buffer solution(pH3.0)=70:30(by vol) at a flow rate of 0.7 mL/min and the detection wavelength at 241 nm.The quantitative analysis was made by using external standard method.The results showed that the retention time of abietate acid was at 14.919 min,and a good linearity between the content of abietate acid and the chromatography area in the range from 2.022 to 80.88 mg/L.The relative standard deviation of the method and the detect ion limit was 7.37% and 0.179 mg/L,respectively.The recovery of the method was 90.51%~110.2%.This method was sensitive,simple and accurate.
