摘要
根据有机合成化学的学科特点及学生学习的现状,分别从理论教学,实验教学,师资队伍建设,课程考核制度等四个方面对有机合成化学课程教学进行了改革探讨,旨在激发学生的学习兴趣,提高教师的教学质量,培养适应21世纪需要的有机合成人才。
According to the characteristics of Organic Synthesis Chemistry courses and learning situation of students,teaching reform of course was explored from such aspects as theory teaching,practice teaching,the construction of teaching,course evaluation system in order to stimulate interest in learning of studuents,improve quality of teaching and train of the required organic synthesi talents.
