地方电视民生新闻节目的发展与主持人的素质培养

Development of Local TV News Programs on People' Livelihood and Cultivation of Host

随着地方电视民生新闻节目的迅速发展,民生新闻节目在理念上的转变,在内容、播报形式、栏目编排上的改革,使得一些主持人出现了不适应。要改变这种状况,需要抓紧对主持人素质的培养提高。培养提高的基本途径有两种:一是学校专业教育,二是在职岗位培训。

With the rapid development of local TV news programs,news programs on people＇s livelihood has taken some places on the concept,content,form etc.,which make a number of hosts feel unsuited.TO change this situation,it is necessary to train and improve hosts.This paper puts forward two suggestions to cultivate qualified hosts,one way is by school and professional education,the other is in-job training.
