摘要
智能变电站是变电站自动化技术发展的延伸,以全站信息数字化、通信平台网络化、信息共享标准化为基本要求,自动完成信息采集、测量、控制、保护、计量和监测等基本功能。从基于模拟信号、电缆连接、数据繁杂的传统变电站转变到数字信号、光纤连接、数据统一的智能变电站,其二次系统发生了根本性变化。从变电站自动化系统、时间同步系统、一体化电源系统、智能辅助系统、高级应用5个方面,分析了智能站与常规站技术的差异,有助于提高智能变电站设计、建设、运行维护水平。
Smart substation is an extension on the development of substation automation technology.With total station digital information,communication platform networking,information sharing standardization as the basic requirements,implementing automated data collection,measurement,control,protection,measuring,monitoring and other basic functions.From the analog signal,cable connections,the complicated data of traditional substation to digital signal,fiber connectivity,data unified intelligent substation,its secondary system has undergone fundamental changes.This paper analyzes five technology differences including substation automation,time synchronization system,integrated power supply system,intelligent auxiliary system and advanced application.It can enhance the design,construction,operation and maintenance of smart substation.
