摘要
通过拉挤成型工艺制备了热固性改性聚氨酯玻纤增强复合材料,测试了材料的力学性能、耐酸碱腐蚀性能、湿热老化性能、材料密度及树脂含量,探讨了该复合材料的优点及其应用于水力发电设备的可行性。玻纤增强改性聚氨酯复合材料替换水力发电设备中的易腐蚀结构件材料,可以降低设备重量、提高设备运行可靠性、降低设备维护和更换频率。其突出的耐酸碱盐及耐高低温老化的特性在海水发电中具有广阔的应用前景。
Modified polyurethane composite reinforced by fiber was prepared by pultrusion process,and the performances of mechanic properties,chemical resistance and heat humidity-aging resistance for the composite are tested along with the density and resin content.The fiber reinforcing polyurethane composite will be a potential material used in hydropower for their outstanding advantages on mechanic and chemical resistance properties.
