This paper profoundly analyses the ideas and designing methods of residential buildings in accordance with International Olympic Village in Chongqing,with the Chongqing mountainous achitecture features as the breakthrough point,which discusses that how mountainous architecuture conbines local traditional achitectural culture with modern architecture,showing its unique viewpoint about how to add the archicture with intelligibility,and at the same time to touch people.
