本文通过对建筑节能现状的分析,研究了福州海峡国际会展中心项目中使用的地下水地源热泵系统、冰蓄冷系统及太阳能光伏发电系统三项建筑节能工程的经济社会效益,同时阐述了建筑节能造价控制方法。

Based on the analysis of building energy saving,economic and social benefits of a groundwater source heat pump system used in the Fuzhou Strait International Convention and Exhibition Center,ice storage system and solar photovoltaic system three building energy-saving projects,also described building energy efficiency cost control methods.
