某部不同年度入伍新兵心理健康状况比较

Comparison of the mental health status of a certain unit recruits that were enlisted in the navy in different years

目的了解近7年间某部入伍新兵心理健康状况的变化。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对2002年入伍新兵92人和2009年入伍新兵78人分别进行检测,将统计结果进行对照比较。结果 2002年入伍新兵强迫、敌对、偏执、精神病性等因子的得分高于2009年入伍新兵,结果存在统计学差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论某部2009年入伍新兵的心理健康状况好于2002年入伍新兵。

Objective To investigate changes in mental health status of the recruits in a certain naval unit in the last 7 years.Methods Ninety-two and 78 recruits enlisted respectively in 2002 and 2009 were measured by using Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）.The obtained results were analyzed and compared.Results For the recruits enlisted in 2002,the scores of obsession,hostility,paranoia,and other mental health factors were higher than those of the recruits enlisted in 2009,and significant differences could be noted in the obtained results（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion The mental health status of the recruits enlisted in 2009 was better than that of the recruits enlisted in 2002.
