摘要 以棉纺牵伸理论为基础,全面论述了胶辊的结构、弹性和硬度与成纱条干均匀度、强力的关系,胶辊硬度与摩擦因数、钳口线宽度的关系,胶辊直径、套差与成纱质量的关系;分析了高弹性低硬度胶辊的技术特性及改善成纱条干均匀度的机理;指出胶辊制作与维护保养工作中要特别重视的问题和适宜的纺纱工艺配置,认为理想的纺纱牵伸胶辊,必须具有优良的弹性、较小的压缩变形和优良的耐磨性、良好的抗静电性与吸放湿性、稳定的硬度和抗臭氧老化龟裂性能等,才能保证其适纺性并改善成纱质量。 On the basis of the cotton textile theory,comprehensive description is done to the impact of the cot regarding its structure,elasticity and hardness in relation to evenness uniformity,yarn strength;the hardness of the cot in relation to the friction factor and the linear width of the nipper jaws;the diameter of the cot and the telescoping tolerance in relation to the quality of the resultant yarn.Analysis is done to the tech-specification of the cot with hi-elasticity and low hardness as well as the theory improve evenness uniformity.Problems with cot manufacturing and maitenance are particularized in addition to the process arrangement.Conclusion is made that ideal draft cot should have good elasticity,small deformation of compression and good abrasion-resistance,good anti-static performance,good humidity balance,stable hardness and ozone resitance against crack so to get good spinnability and good quality of the resultant yarn.
