摘要
分析了江西省通过项目化管理促进战略性新兴产业发展的成功经验,提出了把市场调节与政府宏观调控相结合,构建强有力的组织管理和统筹调度体系,促进科技工作与经济工作的一体化的建议,对战略性新兴产业发展具有重要的借鉴意义。
The author analyzed successful experiences of promoting development of strategic emerging industries through project management in Jiangxi Province. Then, the author put forward suggestions of combination market adjustment with macroeconomic control of government, building system of organization management and over-all planning dispatch and improving integration of technology and economic work, which have reference significance for development of strategic emerging industries.
