介绍了"十一五"以来山西水环境现状及目前存在的污染问题,围绕"十二五"转型跨越发展现实,针对性地提出了水环境保护和水污染防治对策。

In this paper,the author introduced status and existing pollution problems of Shanxi water environment since ＂the eleventh five years plan＂.Based on transformation and leap-forward development,the author put forward countermeasures of protection of water environment and prevention of water pollution.
