摘要
分析了目前教授分级进岗条件中存在的无法体现分类办学指导思想、突出科研轻视教学、缺乏系统性、高于省级有突出贡献专家评审条件、对于一般院校未达到激励效果等5个方面的问题,从按照不同类型高校设置二、三级教授进岗条件,构建统一协调一致的二、三级教授进岗条件,完善全面反映整体水平的二、三级教授聘任办法,建立推动教学和科研协调发展的二、三级教授聘任激励标准等4个方面提出了建议。
In this paper,the author analyzed existing five problems of unable embody guiding principle of setting up school of classification,taking teaching lightly,lack of systematicness,examining and appraising conditions of experts who have outstanding contribution and common colleges falling to come up to implement effects in classification of post of professors.Finally,the author put forward suggestions from four aspects of establishing post conditions of the second and third grade professor according to different type,building harmonious post conditions,improving engagement methods of completely reflecting whole level and building encouragement standard of promoting development of teaching and scientific research.
