摘要
随着实体经济的复苏,物流人才市场一方面表现为"用工荒",因物流业火了而使得企业急需各类人才,一方面又表现为"就业难",大批物流专业毕业生一职难求。"十二五"时期是我国经济结构调整和发展方式转变的关键时期,解决企业用工荒与大学生就业难这一矛盾迫在眉睫。
With the recovery of the real economy,the contradiction between labor shortage and difficult employment appears in logistics talent market.On the one hand,various talents are badly needed.On the other hand a large number of logistics graduates are hard to find a job.The "Twelfth-Five-Year Plan" period is a crucial stage of China's economic structural adjustment and development.Solving the problems of the "labor shortage" and the "difficult employment" is pressing.
