新型耐低温水合物抑制剂的研制及性能评价 被引量:1

摘要 乙烯基吡咯烷酮与乙酸乙烯酯的共聚物与醋酸钠、硝酸镁按质量比1∶5∶4混合,制得一种新型的水合物抑制剂,在温度-10℃、压力5 MPa条件下,研究了共聚物加量1%的抑制性能,并与PVPK90进行了比较。结果表明,该新型抑制剂可以有效地抑制天然气水合物聚集800 min以上;比PVPK90的抑制时间延长600 min。该剂适用压力0~25 MPa,温度-15~25℃。 A novel hydrate inhibitor has been prepared,which is composed of copolymer of NVP and vinyl acetate,sodium acetate and magnesium nitrate,with a mass ratio 1 ∶ 5 ∶ 4.Through changing pressure,the performance has been studied and compared with PVPK90 at temperature-10 ℃ and pressure 5 MPa in a liter reactor,the results showed that this kind of hydrate inhibitor can inhibit gas hydrate agglomeration for more than 800 min,while the copolymer occupies 1%,under the same condition,the inhibition time for PVPK90 are 200 min.The applicable pressure range of the hydrate inhibitor is 0~25 MPa,and the temperature range is-15~25 ℃.
