摘要
多聚甲醛、环己酮、苯胺经醛酮胺缩合反应合成曼尼希碱,再与氯化苄反应,得季铵盐,添加炔醇、碘化钾进行复配,得高温酸化缓蚀剂CPA-10,最佳配方为:季铵盐∶炔醇∶碘化钾=39∶6∶5。当盐酸酸液浓度为15%,腐蚀时间为4 h,CPA-10加量为2.0%,在90℃时腐蚀速率为0.71 g/(m2.h),缓蚀效果最好。
Mannich base was synthesized from paraformaldehyde,cyclohexanone and aniline via aldehyde ketoamine condensation,then it reacted with benzyl chloride to obtain quaternary ammonium.The high temperature corrosion inhibitor CPA-10 was prepared from the quaternary ammonium,alkynol and potassium iodide.The best formula of CPA-10 was:quaternary ammonium∶ alkynol∶ potassium iodide = 39∶ 6∶ 5.The corrosion rate can reach 0.71 g/(m2·h) when the HCl concentration is 15%,the time is 4 h,the dosage of CPA-10 is 2.0%,the temperature is 90 ℃.
