摘要
聚合物稠油降粘剂的空间规整度和网络结构都有利于破坏稠油的网络结构,降低稠油粘度。从这一点出发,设计合成出一种枝状结构的油溶性聚合物降粘剂。优化反应条件,综合降粘剂的降粘降凝效果和聚合物溶解性,得到枝状骨架的最佳加量为1‰,丙烯酸十二酯、苯乙烯和马来酸酐的单体比为5∶1∶4。并将得到的枝状降粘剂对塔河JT-2、胜利G8和辽河3-SX稠油进行了降粘对比,发现枝状降粘剂对胜利稠油有最好的降粘效果,降粘率达到了69.2%。
The space regularity and network structure of the polymer viscosity reducer were conductive to heavy damage to the network structure,reducing heavy oil viscosity.Based on this point,an oil-soluble polymer of dendritic structure was designed.Under optimal reaction conditions,comprehensive survey of viscosity and pour point depressant effect and polymer solubility were studied,the best addition of branched skeleton was 1‰,the monomer ratio of lauryl acrylate,styrene and maleic anhydride was 5∶ 1∶ 4.The polymer viscosity reducer was used in Tahe JT-2,Shengli G8 and Liaohe 3-SX heavy oil to compare the effect,it was found that branched viscosity reducer won a best results to Shengli G8,the viscosity was decreased to 69.2%.
