摘要 采用GC-MS联用技术对内蒙产青皮挥发油成分进行分类检测,利用直观推导式演进特征投影(HELP)法对重叠色谱峰进行分辨解析,程序升温保留指数辅助定性。结果表明,青皮挥发油成分中共鉴定出29种化合物,占总含量的99.57%;含量最高的化合物是D-柠檬烯(68.00%),其次是γ-松油烯(9.92%)。 The essential oil components of pericarpium citri reticulatae viride from Inner Mongolia was analyzed by GC-MS in combination with heuristic evolving latent projections(HELP) method to resolve overlapping peaks,also temperature-programmed retention indices(PTRIs) were used to improve the reliability of qualitative analysis.Results indicated that 29 compounds were identified,accounting for 99.57% of the total content.The major constituents of the sample studied were D-limonene(68.00%),γ-terpinene(9.92%).
