摘要
以邻苯二酚为原料,经醚化反应和Vilsmeier反应,以87.8%的总收率合成了3,4-二甲氧基苯甲醛,并对第二步Vilsmeier反应的合成工艺进行了改进,使该步骤收率由86.5%提高至91.2%,所使用的Vilsmeier试剂的量由2.5倍过量降低至1.5倍过量,降低了合成中氮元素和磷元素的浪费,提高了反应的环境友好性。
3,4-Dimethoxybenzaldehyde was synthesized from catechol through etherification and Vilsmeier reaction,and the yield was 87.8%.The second step,Vilsmeier reaction,was improved with lower N and P waste and much more environment friendly.The yield increased from 86.5% to 91.2%,and the amount of Vilsmeier decreased from 2.5 times to 1.5 times.
