新型计量系统在海上油田的应用 被引量:1

摘要 秦皇岛33-1油田油、气、水在平台经过计量后通过海底管线输送到秦皇岛32-6油田处理。为提高采收率,平台空间极为紧凑,同时为保证相邻油田区的经济利益,交接计量精度必须满足三级计量要求,即计量不确定度为±5%。根据QHD33-1油田配产,经过计算,若采用旋风分离器进行内部交接计量,液体出口含气率为5%~15%;若采用三相分离器进行内部交接计量,含气率为1%~10%。经综合分析,采用旋风分离器+三相分离器作为秦皇岛33-1油田外输交接计量系统。为保证计量不确定度满足要求,油出口含气率应低于3%,油出口计量组合确定为:测量体积流量和含水率,含气分析仪监测含气不要超过3%。
