IL-18、MIP-1α和IgE在哮喘发作期患者血清中表达水平的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究白细胞介素-18(IL-18)、巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-1α(MIP-1α)和免疫球蛋白E(IgE)在哮喘发作期患者血清中的表达水平,以及三者在哮喘发病中的相关性。方法选取哮喘发作期组50例(其中哮喘轻度发作期20例,哮喘中、重度发作期30例)、哮喘缓解期组20例、健康对照组20例,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ABC-ELISA)测定血清IL-18和MIP-1α浓度,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清IgE浓度。结果哮喘发作组血清IL-18、MIP-1α及IgE表达水平明显高于哮喘缓解组及健康对照组(P<0.05);哮喘缓解组血清IL-18、MIP-1α及IgE表达水平也明显高于健康对照组(P>0.05);哮喘中、重度发作组血清IL-18、MIP-1α和IgE表达水平均高于哮喘轻度发作组水平(P>0.05);哮喘发作期患者血清IL-18与IgE表达水平之间存在正相关关系(r=0.865,P<0.05);哮喘发作期患者血清MIP-1α与IgE表达水平之间存在正相关关系(r=0.775,P<0.05);哮喘发作期患者血清MIP-1α与IL-18表达水平间呈正相关(r=0.796,P<0.05)。结论哮喘发作期患者血清IL-18、MIP-1α和IgE表达水平均增高,且三者间存在正相关关系。 Objective To evaluate the serum levels of IL-18,MIP-1α and IgE in asthma of the acute stage,and analyze the correlation between the levels of them in asthma.Method 50 patients with asthma in the acute stage(including 20 patients with asthma in the light stage,30 patients with asthma in the severe stage),20 patients with asthma in the convalesce stage and 20 healthy controls were selected.The levels of IL-18 and MIP-1α were measured by ABC-ELISA,while the level of IgE was measured by ELISA.Results The serum levels of IL-18,MIP-1α and IgE in asthma of the acute stage were higher than those in the convalesce stage and healthy controls(P0.05);There was no significant difference between asthma in the convalesce stage and healthy controls(P0.05);The serum levels of IL-18,MIP-1α and IgE in asthma of the light acute stage were higher than those of asthma in the severe stage,without significant difference(P0.05);There was a positive correlation between IL-18 and IgE(r=0.865,P0.05);There was a positive correlation between MIP-1α and IgE(r=0.775,P0.05);There was a positive correlation between IL-18 and MIP-1α(r=0.796,P0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of IL-18,MIP-1α and IgE were heightened in asthma of the acute stage,and there was a positive correlation between them.These indicated that many cytokines involved in asthma interacted with each other.They may do help in the early diagnose and therapy for asthma.
