摘要
目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)儿童血生化的变化及临床意义。方法通过问卷调查孝感市某2所小学学生的睡眠情况,共收集疑似OSAHS的学生207人,均行血生化和PSG检测。根据PSG检测结果,分为A组(有OSAHS)78例,B组(无OSAHS)129例,对两组血生化结果进行对比分析。结果 A组CK-MB、cTnl、ALT、FPG、TC、TG的阳性率及检测值均有不同程度的增高,与B组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);BUN的阳性率及检测值两组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 OSAHS儿童心脏功能、肝功能有不同程度的受损;存在血糖血脂代谢紊乱,与OSAHS可能互为因果关系;对OSAHS儿童应尽早采取干预措施。
Objective To discuss the changes and clinical significance of blood biochemistry of children with obstrmtive sleep apnea-hyponea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods 207 children suspected OSAHS were selected who were from certain 2 primary school in xiaogan by questionnaire investigation.Each took the blood biochemistry and PSG detection.They were divided into A group 78 patients and B group 129 patients according to the PSG detection results and the results of blood biochemistry contrastively analyzed in two groups.Results The positive rate and detection value of CK-MB,cTnl,ALT,FPG,TC and TG in A group were higher than those in B group,there were significant differences(P0.05 or P0.01),but the BUN in two groups,there were no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion The children with OSAHS have different degree damage in cardiac function and liver function,and they have metabolic disorder of blood sugar and lipid,and this may be causality with OSAHS.It is necessary to adopt intervention study for OSAHS children earlier.
