结核病合并HIV/AIDS发病情况分析

Analysis of the incidence of TB patients with HIV/AIDS

目的了解结核病患者合并HIV/AIDS感染的发病情况和特征。方法对成都市结防院14054例新入院结核病患者进行HIV抗体检测并按年度统计分析。结果①结核病合并HIV/AIDS患者的比例逐年上升;②发病群体以青壮年为主,男性多于女性;③肺结核合并HIV/AIDS患者痰涂片抗酸杆菌阳性率低;④肺结核合并HIV/AIDS患者胸部X线表现多不典型。结论结核病合并HIV/AIDS患者发病率日益增高,以青壮年为主,男性多于女性,多器官、组织受累较多。

Objective To recognize the incidence and characteristics of TB patients with human immunodeficiency virus（HIV）/AIDS.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the 14054 cases of the TB patients in Chengdu Tuberculosis Hospital from January 2007 to December 2010,HIV antibody screening test was made and statistically analyzed.Results ① TB patients with HIV/AIDS increased year by year;② The majority of patients were the youth,and male patients were more than female;③ The rate of positive acid-fast-bacilli from sputum smear of TB patients with HIV/AIDS was low;④ The chest X-ray of the Pulmonary tuberculosis patients with HIV/AIDS showed not typical.Conclusions The incidence of TB patients with AIDS has been increasing,the majority of patients were the youth,male patients were more than female,and multi-organs,tissues were involved in it.
