Syn及CD_(56)肺小细胞癌中的表达及意义

Significance and expression of Syn and CD_(56) in Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的探讨Syn和CD56在肺小细胞癌(SCLC)中的表达。方法以20例肺小细胞癌标本作为实验组,以40例肺非小细胞癌组织作为对照组,应用免疫组织化学技术,分别检Syn和CD56在两组中的表达及在肿瘤不同临床病理特征之间的关系。结果肺小细胞癌中Syn和CD56表达的阳性率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),Syn和CD56在肺小细胞癌中的表达具有正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论联合检测Syn和CD56在肺小细胞癌中的表达对区分两者有一定价值。

Objective To detect the expressions of Syn and CD56 in Small Cell Lung Cancer （ SCLC）, and investigate their relationship in different clinical characteristic of neoplasm. Method The study included 20 cases of SCLC as experimental group and 40 cases of non-small cell lung carcinoma（NSCLC） tissues as control group. We analyzed their expressions of Syn and CD56 in different pathologicol characteristic by using the immunohistochemistry （IHC）. Results The expression of Syn and CDs6 in SCLC were more than those in NSCLC with a significant difference（ P 〈 0. O1 ）. There was positive correlationship between Syn and CD56 in SCLC （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The combined examination of Syn and CD56 may be helpful to predict the prognosis in patients with SCLC.
