我国工程项目可持续建设的利益相关者研究

The stakeholders of sustainable construction in China

本文在介绍工程项目可持续建设及可持续建设利益相关者的概念的基础上对我国工程项目可持续建设利益相关者进行了识别。从"客观主导力DV"和"主观意愿度WV"两个维度进行问卷调查,采用单样本K—S检验和曼—惠特尼U检验对问卷调查数据进行定量分析,对我国工程项目可持续建设利益相关者进行定量分类和讨论,指出工程项目可持续建设利益相关者的动态性特征。

This paper first introduces the definitions of stakeholders and sustainable construction and identifies the stakeholders in China. It then quantitatively analyzes the data of questionnaires by the approach of single-sample K-S test and Mann-Whitney U test and classifies the stakeholders of sustainable construction. In the end, it points out the characteristics of the stakeholders.
