摘要
德国巴登·符腾堡州是绿党执政之州,通过对52个与绿党有关人员的采访,明确了该州作为"睿思之州"的信念。通过对其环境政策的制定(K21计划)为例的分析,说明环境包括历史性建筑保护越来越成为受民众欢迎的执政理念。
The Baden-Wu rttemberg of German is governed by the Green Party. The interviews of 52 persons concerned with the Green Party have made clear the State＇ s belief of ＂State of Thinking＂ . Through the analysis of their environmental policies （take Plan K21 as an example）, it is showed that environmental protection including protection for historical buildings has become more and more popular ruling idea.
