全球城市价值链中的产业集聚——以台湾新竹科学工业园IC产业集群为例

Industrial Agglomeration in the Global Urban Value Chain——Take Taiwan Hsinchu Science Park Industrial Clusters for An Example

跨国公司——这个全球经济的核心构件,在为世界带来新的全球生产网络的同时,也带来了"国家式微"和"恶性增长"的新困扰。在发展中国家和地区无法依靠单一庞大的跨国公司的力量来获得强大的经济租金的情境下,合众的谋略——中小企业的产业集群未尝不是一个可能的突围策略。在全球城市价值链和产业集群的理论指导下,以台湾新竹科学工业园产业集群为例,尝试从中小企业产业集群的角度出发,探索发展中国家和地区实现产业升级,进而摆脱跨国公司及其背后的发达国家的过分制约的可能路径,并在此基础上,提出产业集群的新人文区位意义和更高层次的城市集聚趋势。

Transnational corporation, which is the core component part in the global economy, brings the new global production network, and also brings a couple of new problems like national decline and malignant growth. When the developing countries and regions cannot rely on a single large multinational force to obtain strong economic rent, It is a possible strategy to break through that SMEs cluster. Under the guidance of the global urban value chain theory and industrial cluster theory, the paper tries to explore the possible way from the perspective of industrial clusters of SMEs, in which the developing counlries and regions realize an industry to upgrade and then cast off the excessive restriction of transnational corporation and the developed countries, for example, Taiwan Hsinchu Science Park industrial clusters. And on that basis, the paper put forward new humanities ecological significance of industrial clusters and higher levels of city agglomeration tendency.
