将生态经济学与其他社会经济学科区别开来的并不是不同的主体对象,而是同一对象的不同视角或方法。生态经济学是一门采用经济学的分析工具,但是从生态学的角度来看待人类经济活动的特殊经济学,它代表了一种特殊的伦理——生态伦理,因此有自己特殊的价值理论和方法论等。要建立既反映生态学基本内容又满足经济学分析工具的理论体系,构建一个足够简洁但又反映复杂生态经济问题的系统框架是前提。

The distinction between ecological economics and other social and economic disciplines dose not lie in the different main objects,but in the different perspectives or methods of the same object.Ecological economics is a special kind of economics that uses the analytical tool of economics,but looks at human economic activities from an ecological perspective.It represents a special kind of ethics—ecological ethics,so it has its own special value theory and methodology.To establish a theoretical system that both reflects the basic content of ecology and meets the analytical tools of economics,the prerequisite is to build a system framework that is simple enough but reflects the complex ecological and economic problems.
