肠镜下治疗小儿肠息肉208例分析

Analysis of Endoscopic Treatment of Bowel Polyps in Chileren

目的探讨肠镜下治疗小儿肠息肉的可行性及安全性。方法回顾分析肠镜下治疗208例小儿肠息肉的临床资料。结果患儿均成功在肠镜下完成息肉切除术,术后无一例出现穿孔、出血等并发症,术后3个月132例(63.5%)返院复查肠镜,无一例复发。结论肠镜下行小儿息肉切除安全、有效,不易复发,为小儿息肉治疗的首选方法。

Objective To evaluate the safety and feasibility of treating bowel polys under colonoscopy.Methods Retrospectively analyzed 208 clinical data in Endoscopic treatment of Bowel polyps.Results All of them were successful in endoscopic treatment of bowel polyps,and there was no postoperative perforation or bleeding.Conclusion It is safe and feasible to apply endoscopic treatment to bowel polyps,which can be the preferred method to treat bowel polyps in children.
