摘要
多晶硅作为太阳能转换电能的基础材料,近年来受到广泛关注.本文综述了生产多晶硅的各种冶金方法,主要分析各种冶金方法的特点、发展趋势和可行性,并重点讨论了低成本生产太阳能级多晶硅的方法.
In recent years much attention has been paid to polycrystalline silicon as basic material of converting electric energy.In the present paper,various metallurgical methods for the production of polycrystalline silicon were briefly described,and their characteristics,tendency and the feasibility were analyzed.Some proposals for low-cost production of solar-grade polysilicon were discussed.
