精神分裂症患者心率变异研究现状 被引量:3

摘要 心率变异分析作为衡量自主神经系统平衡的指标,具有无创、客观、方便(在心电图分析基础上),能反映交感神经和副交感神经相互作用等特点.Cohen[1]在1999年就指出,心率变异分析在不远的将来将应用于精神疾病的诊断和预后的评估.随着心率变异分析在焦虑症[2]、抑郁症[3]研究中取得的进展,亦开始研究精神分裂症患者的心率变异情况.本文就精神分裂症患者心率变异特点及服用不同抗精神病药物治疗前后心率变异特点的研究现状进行了综述,现报告如下.
