谈新形势下学前美术教育专业教师素质

Discussion on Teacher Qualities of Preschool Art Education under New Circumstances

随着我国对学前儿童教育日趋重视,高校学前教育专业人才培养的推进与改革被推上了日程,这对于学前教育的每一位专业教师的自身发展与提高就提出了更高的要求。笔者通过在自己的教学工作实践中总结出来的经验与心得,从美术教师应具有全面的专业文化素质、先进的现代化教育理念、教学手段以及灵活的教育创新改革教学方法、对学生应具有的责任心和教师的思想道德素养几个方面进行了论述。

With the focus on preschool education in our country, the cultivation of teachers of preschool education and its reform has been put on agenda, which requires more highly for the development and improvement of preschool teachers. Based on many years＂ experience and achievements, the author puts forward that an art teacher should be qualified with art knowledge, advanced teaching philosophy, as well as flexible teaching methods, and finally discusses the students＂ responsibility and teach- ers＂ moral qualities.
