Strategies of Establishing the City Card of "Partaking in Guangzhou"

"食在广州"是一张极具地方特色的城市名片,是广州城市文化软件的重要组成部分。文章在广州亚运会召开前期参与广州市工商联调研的基础上,阐述了广州饮食文化的特点,分析了广州餐饮业目前存在的问题,同时提出了擦亮"食在广州"城市名片的策略,旨在为进一步提升广州饮食业服务水平和可持续性发展作出有益的探索。

＂ Partaking in Guangzhou＂ is a distinctive city card with local characteristics, and also an integral part of Guangzhou cultural software. Based on the investigation of Industry ＆ Commerce Union the author participated in before Guangzhou Asian Olympic Games, this paper describes the characteris- tics of Guangzhou~ culinary culture, analyzes the existing problems in Guangzhou catering industry and presents strategies of establishing the reputation card of ＂partaking in Guangzhou＂ so as to probe into the further improvement of the sevice of Guangzhou catering industry
