护壁泥浆在钻孔灌注桩施工中的应用技术研究

Study on Technology of Slurry Using in Bored Piles Construction

鉴于护壁泥浆对钻孔灌注桩成桩质量具有重要影响,文中结合工程实例首先对护壁泥浆的物理力学性状进行试验分析,在此基础上,通过现场试验研究了不同护壁泥浆灌注桩承载能力影响,得出最佳护壁泥浆制备方式和工艺技术,同时对泥浆护壁工艺施工质量控制进行了探讨,研究成果为钻孔灌注桩工程施工提供参考。

In view of important effect of slurry on bored piles quality, physical and mechanical properties of slurry are analyzed by test with project firstly. The effect of different slurry on bearing performance of bored piles are studied by field test, then the best preparation method of slurry and process technology are gained. And construction quality control of slurry process is discussed. The study conducted in this paper provides reference for bored piles construction.
