供应链管理在企业管理中扮演着越来越重要的角色,并且具有十分重要的意义。文中先简述了供应链管理的涵义及联系,在当今新的经济形势下,对我国企业实施供应链管理的现状,其存在的问题进行分析,同时针对企业在供应链管理上的不足提出相应的对策,促进我国企业之间在供应链相关环节有战略性的合作,共同提高核心竞争力,在激烈竞争的全球化经济中得到生存和发展。

Supply chain management in business management plays an increasingly important role, and has great significance. This paper briefly explain the meaning of supply chain management and contact, in today＇s new economic situation, the Chinese enterprises to implement supply chain management status, analysis of the issues of its exis- tence, while for companies in the supply chain management, lack of the corresponding response, and promote China＇s enterprises in the supply chain-related links between a strategic cooperation to improve the core competitiveness, in a highly competitive global economy to survive and develop.
