摘要
当前,高职院校英语教师职业倦怠已成为不可忽视的一大问题。文中着力探讨了英语教师职业倦怠的表现、成因和对策,以期促进高职英语教学的健康发展。
At present, the job burnout of the English teacher of higher vocational colleges has become a major serious problem. After an analysis of the performances and the causes of this phenomenon, three countermeasures are put forward in this paper for a purpose to promote the sound development of English teaching of higher Vocational colleges.
