摘要
针对目前镁冶金过程中白云石煅烧时物料煅烧不均匀、热利用率低的问题.结合振荡加热的特点,开发了一种通用型均匀透烧白云石的煅烧设备——双窑筒U型煅烧窑,以弥补传统竖窑和回转窑的不足。采用FLUENT软件对U型窑内流动、传热、燃烧过程进行数值模拟,结果表明U型窑内气体流动均匀,温度分布均匀,有利于白云石物料的均匀煅烧。基于以上研究,设计开发了处理量为300t/d的白云石U型煅烧窑,确定了窑结构及供热形式。
The thermal utilization is low efficiency, and the calcination of materials is un-uniform in the calcination process of dolomite in magnesium metallurgy industry. Based on the characteristics of oscillating heating, the U-shaped calcining kiln with two kiln shells, a common calcining equipments that uniformly burn dolomite were developed to recover the shortages of traditional shaft kiln and rotary kiln. The FLUENT software was used to numerical simulate the process of flow, heat transfer and combustion in the U-shaped calcining kiln, and the results showed that the airflow flows uniformly, and the temperature distributes uniformly in the U-shaped calcining kiln, which are beneficial to the uniform calcination of dolomite material. The U-shaped calcinating kiln with 300t/d capacity for dolomite calcination was designed, and the structure of calcicating kiln and heat addition form were determined.
