摘要
利用Delmia/Quest仿真平台,依据厂房平面工艺布局图对采煤机、液压支架和刮板输送机的装配线方案及配送区、仓储区的物流进行三维仿真,分析物流方案是否存在不合理之处,如通道阻塞、节拍不平衡、运力不足等情况。根据仿真结果对现有规划方案进行调整、优化,从而达到预计产能目标,同时为工艺布局规划提供了可靠性数据支持。
Based on the plant layout drawing,the assembly line layout planning of coal-mining machine,hydraulic support and scraper conveyor,the logistics of distribution area and storage area were simulated in 3D dummy environment,the unreasonable parts were found,such as channel obstruction,unbalanceable production time,insufficient carrying ability,etc.According to the simulation results,the existing planning is adjusted and optimized to satisfy the output target and provide reliable data support for process layout planning.
