摘要
为了使仪表能够进行高、低温试验,设计了一个以SAM7X256_128为主芯片植入linux操作系统的温度控制系统。采用热电阻Pt100进行温度采集,控制方式采用位式控制和PWM控制,具有时钟可自动计时、系统自动报警和自动断电的保护措施。此装置还与PC机相连,方便用户观察和记录数据。
To make the instrument used in high and low temperature test,this paper designs a temperature control system which is based on chip SAM7X256_128 and implanted in Linux operating system.In the system,a Pt100 thermal resistance is used for temperature measurement,and there are two control modes which are position control and PWM control.Furthermore,the system is of automatic timing,automatic alarm and automatic power-off protection measures.This device is also connected to the PC,to makes it easy to observe and record data.
