摘要
矿井提升机是矿山生产的关键设备之一,是煤矿井上与井下联系的纽带。设计了一种以PLC为核心、采用变频器的矿井提升机的自动控制系统,使用组态软件WinCC完成上位监控功能,使系统的安全性大大提高,同时也降低了成本,提高了系统的控制精度。
Mine hoist is the key equipment in mine production,which is the communication link between ground and underground.Taking a PLC as the core,an automatic control system is designed by use of inverter.Using the configuration software WinCC to achieve host monitoring,the system＇s security is greatly improved,with low cost and high accuracy.
