摘要
EMCO节能合作管理模式是通过节能效益分成实现合作双方双赢,共同获得节能效益。该模式减少了油田实施节能技术改造所需的一次性投资成本,同时也减少了节能设备前期投入高和后期维护难的问题。EMCO节能合作管理模式已成为一门新型产业,"合同能源管理"也已演变和发展为一种成熟的市场化节能新机制,满足了油田设备改造及节能技术应用的需求,也可以在其他节能技改措施上进行推广,从而降低油田的成本投入。
The win-win cooperation of EMCO energy-saving co-operative management pattern can be realized through sharing the energy-saving benefits.This pattern can reduce the one-time investment for the energy-saving technological transformation of oilfeild,but also can solve the problems on the early high investment for the energy-saving equipment and the difficult maintenance.EMCO energy-saving co-operative management pattern has become a new industry,and the energy management contract has evolved and developed into a new mature market mechanism for energy-saving.The pattern can satisfy the needs of oilfield equipment modification and application of energy-saving technology,and also be used in other measures of energy-saving for promotion.It can reduce the cost of oilfield.
