开发区土地集约利用评价——以金巢开发区为例

Evaluation on Intensive Utalization of Land in Development Zone——Taking Jinchao Development Zone As an Example

文章以抚州市金巢经济开发区为例,通过界定开发区土地集约利用内涵,构建评价指标体系,运用特尔菲法、层次分析法,选择评价模型并确定权重,对抚州金巢经济开发区进行土地集约利用评价。根据评价结果分析其影响因素,提出了提高开发区土地集约利用度的相应对策和建议。

Taking the economic development zone of Jinchao in Fuzhou City as an example in the paper,and with defining the connotation of intensive land use in the development zone,we construct the evaluation index system;meanwhile,using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process,choosing evaluation model and determining the relative importance,we do the evaluation of intensive land use for the economic development zone of Jinchao in Fuzhou City.Besides,according to the evaluation results,we analyze their influential factors,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of improving intensive land use in the development zone.
