基于层次分析法的企业群众体育活动评价机制研究

在新时期全民健身背景下,作为群体活动的重要组成部分,企业职工体育活动水平影响着整个群众体育的开展。应用层次分析法对企业群众体育活动开展的的影响因素(人、财、物)进行了评价和分析,得出企业领导是关键,工会体育干部在发展企业体育当中要起承上起下的作用,尽可能增加活动与竞赛经费的投入等结论,从而使体育真正在发展企业当中发挥其功能。

Under the background of flourished national fitness activities, the enterprise mass sports activity has become an important part of the group activities, and will affect the entire mass sports development. Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process method, the author has analyzed and evaluated the influence factors （human, financial, material） on the enterprise mass sports activities. It can be concluded that enter prise leadership is the key, and labor union cadres play an important role in the development of enterprise sports. More activities should be organized and more funds invested so that the functions of sports can be exerted fully in the development of enterprise.
